Course on the importance, cost, and opportunities in marketing floral products. Course content includes: floral products; the domestic supply chain; global market channels; alternative market channels; floral purchasing trends; purchasing
barriers; postharvest handling, and marketing.

Special Event Design & Planning
Event planning specialty class learning traditional event management practices and how artistic components are used in visual styling to achieve a specific purpose. Collaborative planning, effective research, strong communication skills, social psychological and economic influences as they relate to event planning.
